Despite the fact that the technology is still relatively new in the Netherlands, JBT/Avure Technologies pioneered the first commercial high-pressure processing systems in America in the 1960s. Their machines provide the highest output, lowest operating costs and greatest reliability for food manufacturers and manufacturers. They also introduced the world’s first expandable HPP machine with an impressive annual output.
Food and beverage companies are increasingly opting for HPP because the cold and high water pressure treatment results in clean label products with a better taste, texture and nutritional value.
Pascal Processing works as a tolling center for JBT/Avure Technologies. We are therefore very proud that as a major HPP supplier they have a showcase location at the Food Tech Brainport Park in Helmond. Here they can demonstrate products in a kitchen facility in the immediate vicinity of the high pressure pascalization machine. Because we have this technology in-house, we can optimally support entrepreneurs with their issues regarding shelf life and clean label products.
